I walked into pizza hut on Sunday and bought a medium pizza for 12.49. Paid for it with credit card. I turned around and there is a sign that says you can buy any 2 medium pizzas for $14. I turned around and told the Manager of the store(whom i conducted the transaction at first with) and told her I wanted to change my order to 2 for $14.00. She said we do not offer refunds or modifications to orders and she said it with a smile like she just screwed me out of $7 bucks. I augured with her for five minutes about the fact I wanted another pizza and she would never give in. I told her to cram the pizza up her ass. I walked out without a pizza in discussed. I can't believe people in this little town would even use this nasty joint with nasty employees. . This Pizza hut is a joke. This lady needs to be fired and if it where up to me the pizza hut would be shut down. Go to village pizza. The pizza is better and the people are not rude and thiefs.
Staff was more interested in trick or treaters that they skipped making my order...it was made but no discount for the inconvenient waiting after it was called in

Only one actual team-mate working . Other employees came to help from out of town store. Was impressed with friendliness. Must be the out of town people. Store was clean. Food was good. It Did take a remake. Grateful for good customer service. Again probably the out of town folks. Normally i do not recommend hut due to poor customer service.
One hour to deliver 36 wings less than a mile away and the wings were room temperature. The delivery driver was apologetic and I didn't take it out on him...actually tipped him five dollars regardless, and with 36 wings I get one small cup of ranch. On a lighter note we ordered pizza last night and it was really good ....better than usual, here lately. A couple weeks ago we ordered delivery and they called us back and stated they were out of pan crust but when we got it, it was correct and was a good pizza even if it took 50 minutes. You can remodel and make the store as nice as you want but if it takes an hour to get food out of the kitchen and deliver it 2500 feet away, the business is never going to sustain any improvements to the facility. TWO STARS only because the pizza has been decent lately. We literally live about a half a mile away. I can see the lights in the parking lot from my front yard yet it takes an hour every time and they can NEVER find our house and have to call us, sometimes more than once. We explain how to get here when we order and it is still a problem so an hour and fifteen minutes by the time we have it in our hands. We have never seen the same delivery driver twice.... I can't imagine why.
