McDonald's Restaurant in Hazlehurst, GA has poor customer service, the employees are often rude to include some of the management there, most times they take way longer than it should take to give you your order! A few of the employees are nice and courteous, but as I mentioned above, most of the staff there are rude! The owner should have some people visit this place (unknown to the staff.. As in undercover) as customers with hidden cameras several times and different times of the morning, afternoon, and evening! Maybe then the owner would get rid of all the management there and most of the staff, hire some true professional management and have properly trained staff to give good quality customer service and courtesy. The owner would probably then increase the business at this place!
I don't really know that much about this McDonald's I was going out of town and had a stop to eat and you know? LoL But it seemed to be nice and clean.
Never go back to McDonald's again! The employees don't get you food right and there rude. You have to say what you want more than one time. I had to give them at least I star.
The service and drive threw is terrible. At least have someone with decent knowledge and an education answering the drive threw.
Unfortunately there are relatively few eating options in Hazlehurst and this is by FAR the worst. The negative history of this location dates back to it's start and it seemingly never improves no matter how many opportunities you give it. If you absolutely must order something make sure what you order is incredibly simple. If they'd get more caring upper management and a training program in place perhaps they'd improve. We can only hope.
